Dr. Courtney Sterk is an audiologist with Audiology Concepts in the Burnsville location. Dr. Sterk understands that each patient has unique needs and deserves personalized care. Dr. Sterk takes pride in keeping current in the latest technologies in hearing instruments and assistive devices. Her main areas of interest include adult and pediatric diagnostic testing and hearing instrument solutions. Dr. Sterk is also passionate about educating her patients on hearing protection and the prevention of hearing loss.

Prior to joining Audiology Concepts, Dr. Sterk had the unique experience of working for a hearing aid manufacturer where she gained invaluable knowledge about the latest digital hearing instruments and assistive devices. Dr. Sterk has also worked in an ear nose and throat (ENT) clinic performing diagnostic hearing and balance testing, as well as fitting hearing instruments. She stays current regarding advances in the profession by attending local and national conventions. Dr. Sterk also enjoys serving the community by volunteering her audiology services to the state fair health care booth each summer.
