April plays multiple roles in the operations of Audiology Concepts. She is the back-up Patient Care Coordinator for the Twin Cities offices. She covers the front desks, as needed, and is always available to answer phones. Additionally, she manages a variety of behind-the-scenes projects to help the office run as smoothly as possible. This includes administrative support and marketing.
April received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in Biology in 2014. She then went on to work as a Hearing Device Technician at an audiology practice in Colorado. Her passion for helping individuals hear and communicate better led her to get a second bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education in 2018 from Utah State University.
In her free time, April enjoys spending time with her family. She is married with a toddler son. They also have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Linus. Together, they love travelling, exploring parks, listening to music, and playing games.
Taylor provides our patients with quality care from the first point of contact. She answers the phone, assists patients with any questions they have and schedules appointments accordingly. She creates a welcoming environment by making sure the office has fresh coffee and cookies and is well decorated for every season. Taylor also assists in creating graphics for our social media and company documents, and helps with creative on marketing material.
Taylor enjoys seeing the positive changes in patients as soon as they start treatment. They become more engaged in conversation, often remarking there are many sounds they didn’t even know they were missing, and she finds that the most rewarding part of her job.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys the arts. From crafting and design, to watching films. She loves all things vintage and learning from the past and from others to help inspire her for the future. She’s always looking for ways to be innovative.
